What is the typical turnaround time to get my pictures?

For Lifestyle portraits and other digital photoshoots, turn around in typically within 72 hours

Events is typically 1 week

Film is typically 2 weeks

I don't like the edit, can you give me raw files?

​

 

Raw files are not released because they don't reflect the style of the work. The style on the website shows the edit style I do. Raw files are typically darker and without contrast. The JPG file you receive can be edited to your specific style. On top of that, most people don't have photo software to edit Raw files, but you do have it for JPG. While I understand there are many different tastes of style for your edit, it is a matter of taste.

We have a family pet, can that be included?

​

 

Yes, the family pet can be included in the shoot! For many the family pet is a part of the family. For in studio a smaller animal is possible. Medium size and up would be best outside or at your residence. There are limitations in the type of pet to photograph, but most household pets are fine. There is a small additional fee of $40

What is a main character photo shoot?

​

 

This is a signature experience with Kamera Clips. Perhaps you are a musician, artist, into cosplay/fantasy, or you just want some cool images for a dating profile. This is more than just "getting pictures" it's looking at locations, lighting and concepts that take collaboration to do. While it sounds like "work" it's putting your vision in action and getting as close as we can to fulfill it.

I have a dance school, do you do pictures for that?

​

 

Yes! In fact not only can I do the pictures, but we can also do it as a fundraiser for your Dance School. There is more information on the website concerning that.

Do you offer prints?

​

 

Yes, I have a partnership with a print lab that will send prints directly to you. There is a variety of photo print packages as well as framed prints. Cost ranges from $59 - $299 per package Prints are a add on to the photo session and digitals.

Are there refunds? What if I don't like the smiles or expressions?

​

 

Deposits for the photo shoots are non-refundable. The rest of the balance is due at the photo session itself, so no there are no refunds. As far as smiles or expressions. This is not something that photographers in general give refunds on. Because what one considered good another considers bad, this is opinion and has nothing to do with the image itself.

Do you do film photography for photo sessions?

​

 

Yes! we have black and white film stock on hand. If you desire color or a specific film, let us know so it can be ordered. As with film it is more of an authentic look. Which means not every picture on the 24 exposure roll will be perfect. However, this is a creative process and we look to deliver as best as possible.

What prints come with the Black Tie Portrait session?

​

 

The Black Tie portrait sessions are a Kamera Clips exclusive. The background is black with ribboned style curtains of gray, brown and white. There is a black fireplace as well. It is taking a vintage look and making it modern. You receive at least 10 digitals and 17 total prints and you can pick what images to have printed and shipped to you. 12 x 18 framed print 8 x 10 metal print with easel 1 - 8 x 10 print 2 - 5x7 prints 4 - 3.5 -5 prints 8 - wallets
